SHIPPING
All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and payment verification. If an item is not in stock, please allow 7 working days for us to create your new pieces for you.
Once an order has been placed, it can not be cancelled.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact info@zayacollective.com
After Hours
Please note, we do not ship after hours (Office hours: M-F 9am-5pm), on weekends or on holidays.
Missing Packages
We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
